Super easy to make!  From fresh tomatoes!

Add garlic and carrots.

Add water and tomatoes.

Pressure cook on high for 20 min. Quick release

Add parmesan rind, herbs and spices.

Simmer for about an hour. Remove rind. Adjust spices. Cool.

Place into vacuum sealed bags  and freeze into portions for later!

Use in spaghetti, lasagna, pasta dishes and more!
